Vinnie

 

Vinnie has kept his white fur colour. He has gotten bigger eyes with actual pupils. And obviously that grey shapeless thing on covering the right side of his face is his flexplate shielding. By shapeless I mean it.. C’mon just look at it! It’s like piece of almost solid dough! Old one had some solid shape! And funny part is that some times this mask of his reflects stuff and most of the time not and he does polish it!!!

He has lost his earrings somewhere and just two holes are left there to give him some resambling to what he used to be. And where else would old school fans recognice Vinnie besides his earrings, fur colour and mask... From his ammo bels on his chest. That has altered into support more firepower.... But is adding pockets and ammo good for the already hyper mouse? And how come he doesn’t use his pockets... ^^’

His boots are now something else than real biker boots... If you ask me I would say that they are pretty much like a boots you could put on when going skating than riding a bike. Or is it possible that they are space boots?

The garment he has kept quite untouched is his pink scarf wrapped around his neck tied in front. Its a shade darker but propably enaugh resamblence to remind the fan having amnesia.

He has lost his biker pants and gotten to wear something will most like drop down without a belt... The protecting knee pads are gone and he’s riding a racer type of bike... that kind of bike which he turns with moving his weightpoint nearly constantly... And that would mean that he’s needing either protese kneecaps made of kevlar-titatium or lots of time with pandages and painkillers... <.<’

He doesn’t had his expanding flares anymore. He has some sort of torch things that look like onions light in fire. And some sort of stick granades... And then these flaming discs wich have very high firepower and they can be used to cut trough things, destroy practically anything and I will scream if they can be used like Throttle’s knuke chucks or Pulverizer’s power fist.... And only thing I am wondering howcome those flames don’t effect on mice who handle them. <.<’ They should develope some heat and laser and stuff and there’s those cutting blades somewhere... <.<’ And mice handle them and keep then in their hands for a long time... ^^’

Mousy buckteeth are gone... At least he still has antennaes on the top of his head. He has lips... His muscles are gone... Also Vinnie has been sent into prison camp with several other mice and gone trough quite a lot of stretching... You know back in the original each of the bros and rest of the mice had disquishin ears... Vinnie there had much smaller one than rest of the group... So what did they do those? Squished them between plates or put him hang from his ears or what? o,O’

And putting Vinnie trough pseudoanime skin makes him look like a brat, 16 year old brat who has way too much firepower and way too powerful bike... Don't say that I didn't say that someday with this present looks he will end up dead... <.<' I just typed that?! O.o I meant to say he would get himself hurt... very very hurt... ^^'

His head has been bumped into something or then it just his huge ego trying to burst out there time to time. ^^’ -Nothing that never ever happened back then when animators knew what they were doing...

I have seen just few episodes before gettin pretty tired of it and there was not enaugh in those few episodes were the Charley and Vinnie relationship there or not. For me it seemed to began pretty much from the beginning after the warm welcome... To me it looks the mice are on the road constantly not even contacting much to Charley... <.<’

I assume he still cares about Harley... *spoilsport* Much interesting is to know does Harley still care about him... or will she just shoot him.

He has gotten himself a trouble making aunt called Mago. ^^' ( I would like to see her... Even once. To see how pretty badly the things and relationships between them are... ) *goes to wiki and laughs* I assumed that she would have been presented as overweight middleaged woman... I just knew it. Stereotypical aunt material... It's not even a surprise that she's evil... This is exactly what I ment that there's nothing coming as surprise on the BMFM2006... Absolutely nothing. <.<'

He still seems to be quite to same wannabe ladies mouse.^^’ He did approve Rimfire as a part of the team back in the original, now he seems to dislike him and he has no respect for him though he did admid that he could ride... But he seems to think him a pretty huge mistake and not only because he tried to replace Throttle... And somebody please explain how is it possible for a stubborn mouse like Vinnie for all the sudden turn into serious Stoker fanboy?

And his new FF-uniform... don’t get me started... It’s just hideous, unlogical and so not Martian Mice style... I could easily think of Sand raiders to dress in that type of outfit... <.<’ Anyway Vinnie wears a uniform that looks pretty much like rags and he has this odd mask-hat-helmet thing on his head. By just looking at it you don’t know should you laugh, cry or run away as fast as you can... Point is; it looks very stupid... expecially on Vinnie expecially with his new face make-up...^^’

Way to go animators and character desingners... way to go... *note the sarcasm on that one*

And one tiiiiny thing that made Vinnie The Vinne was allergic to cats... even on man sized humanoid cats like Catscan. And all the sudden he's surrounded by giant cats - and very ugly cats that is... I mean you can easily call Catscan cute when those Catatonian furballs around. ^^' He doesn't sneeze... Not an even once... No allergic seasures when a cat has turned herself into a mouse?! Man, that would have made it the show even more hilarious if he would had let to keept his allergic... But no... I just wonder what kind of medication he has for that? <.<' And when he takes it and how often.

Throttle

 

At the first look I thought that I must be just seeing things that skinny guy with dark tan cannot be Throttle. Maybe Throttle’s son but NOT Throttle in anime shell who has taken to prison camp and forgotten there... <.< His hair.... Oh boy, I would say that he looks like D. Trumph having a very bad hair day. Seriously. ^^’ The original Throttle at least had some style with his hair and didn’t let it go all; I don’t care as long I have some hair route.

I bet he was ex-soldier with his behave and his habits and by he kept his hair. Neither I don’t remember him doing much bad moves or going insanely with his bros when they gone goofing but his new version of him goes... completely sucked into goofy action along with his bros in arms. Surely he was also a slight leader type of Biker Mice trio back in the original serie and on this new one... He’s THE leader?! And commander? Oh my... No wonder his little head has been so messed up; double responsibility of everything.

On his style of clothing he looks like he has grown out of his clothes. He has surely got some amnesia since he has forgotten his knee pads somewhere. I bet his knees are always needing some patching afterwards. ^^' -Owwie!

He has gotten new specs which look ridiculous and really stupid. Probably top fashion... That's one only excuse I can think on why his glasses look that way... But was throttle a diva back then and followed the trends? No. Ok, last one looked like 3D glasses with green mirror lenses but they did at least looked like his trademark.

His relationship to Carbine was like worshiped Carbine and he didn’t much seemed to complain when she bossed him around just a bit. Their relationship was quite unique and they were comrades, probably army buddies and lover and friends. And what that unique relationship has been turned into? It’s like two teenagers arguing childishly about basic things and she being constantly on voice and him arguing to her about everything even the reasonable stuff. Not to mention like he got all the sudden vamped by that cat in a mouse’s suit just like that.

At least he got the same voice actor in the original dub... Just that his voice doesn't fit on that anorectic and stretched up kid that calls itself as Throttle.... <.<' They should have found someone younger on that role. ^^' In Finnish dub he got someone who managed to sound squiky... I highly doubt that the voice dubbing has improved a bit... Cheesh! His character just couldn’t fell anymore lower level from his 2006 version?

Rimfire

 

I did expect something hideous after seeing how the bros, Carbine and rest of the Martian mice looked... I wasn’t much surprised to heard that Rimfire was gonna be on the new serie too... It would have been pretty much a shame not to see him in it... After all he’s one of the important characters and Modo’s nephew...

I did nearly choke on my breakfast when seeing Rimfire’s new look... If I hadn’t heard his name I would have placed him under the most stupid looking Characters on BMFM20006 ever... Fact is I couldn’t recognice him!!!!! Like Rimfire’s long distant cousin would have been more accure for that character. ^^’

Only things that has something to do with the original Rimfire are his name, he’s Modo’s nephew and if looking very closely there’s a slight hint that he might have the skunk-stripe like hair colour.... The most identifying mark on him has been ruined for good... <.<’

His fur colour had kept quite the same but not even close. And his hair... What had happened to his hair?! For starters he had gotten longer hair. Long enaugh to comb back and tight up in hippy style... His real hair colour had been all watered into tan and orange-tan shades. I assume that he has tried to blonde his hair and that has been the closest result... It would also explaing why his hair looks so fluffy... Chemicals do miracles. ;)

But what ever happened to his face? Did he run agains the wall or what? My point is to point out that his new looks don’t do any justice at him and what was the point of making him to look like braindead idiot? Only just one good look on that character’s face and it’s pretty clear that he has gone trough lobotomy and there’s no-one home. It’s really a huge shame... Character designers would and could have done better if they had even tried even little bit harder. Or go and see few dozen of Rimfire related fan art to check out how his fans wants him the best. ;)

He appears in really skinny stretched kid. I wonder has anyone seen Charlie and The Chocolate Factory movie? Remember the kid who got stretched... I guess Rimfire has tried if that stretching would do any help for him... ^^’ So much for kids, do not try this home... obviously same doesn’t effect on cartoon figures. *sigh, what a pity*

His clothes seems to be now casual hippy style... It just leaves me wonder doesn’t that boy have any sense of style or has he accidentally blown up his wardrope? He seemed to like wearing his uniform back in the original... ^^’ Does seeing him wearing casual mean that he’s no longer an army soldier freedom fighter?

The best comment about Rimfire’s clothing was at The Garden and it gave whole lot of new area about Rimfire’s religious backgrounds. x’D I had payed attention on that little detail until spotting that Kabbalahd referrence. x3

What else that red piece of string around his neck could actually be? o,O’ I wonder does he like gilr mice or.... *wigles her eyebrows* If my worst fear comes true there will be group of very furious and dissapointed Rimfire’s fan girls grabbing their weaponry and torches and going out to hunt down some bad script writers... ^^’

His nature has been put into freezer... or then he smoking something that I didn’t assume that Martians would have or would have time to even think about... ^^’ His mind used to be sharp as a razor blade and now he looks pretty much like Greasepit could easily beat him in chess. And what’s it with turning him clumsy and nervous?! oO’ He was not clumsy back then, he wasn’t nervous near Carbine. He did knew how to ride on the bike and he did love taking risks and if he ended in trouble he could also get himself... and whoever was with him... out of it... and even help on the journey. He was very much loved and respected... Until he got upgraded into BMFM2006 version... And has anyone notice how nervous sucker this guys has now become? It’s like he has devolved from using his own brains into easily guided in short leash type of person following orders and believing anything that’s been said to him? <.<’ I don’t recall him being anything like that back in the original serie...

His own uncle is ashamed of him being clumsy, nervous and looking like constantly being in high... He still propably knows how to drive... The bike he had gotten looks pretty brand new... <.<’ And that orange-lemon green really fits 'well' together with his clothes and disguises him on the bike pretty well... *note the irony on that one* It's difficult to say which part is bike and wich is mouse...^^' With him and his bike there has been used colours that sink into eatch other creating one huge blurry mess.

Modo

Modo was once ( in the original serie ) portrayed as gentle, caring nature as well as the muscles of the trio of Martian Mice. Truly a person with big warm heart and quite smart one too in his own way of seeing things. Loyal to his bros and friends and never hurting them, always protecting them and giving a helping hand. His soft spot besides his friends were children. Though he didn't much seem to leave a damsel in stress either. x') He had good manners, he was polite and he at least had some manners too thanks to his old gray furred momma. :3 And he never ever was ashamed his nephew...

He had a chopper called Lill'Hoss which he treated like it was alive. It was purple-bluish bike with evolved A.I and weaponry and equipments of all sorts. :3

Dammit! I talk like he's dead or something!!!...

Actually he is sorta of dead in the new serie. The Modo who we all once knew is being killed and replaced with something un-Modo like character. O.O

Modo might have never looked the most handsome mice but his parody version is butt ugly. Not to mention that using Deathmaster-Modo hybrid as Modo2006's base would have been given much less heart-striking result. ^^' Before seeing Rimfire or Harley I kept Modo as the most ugliest BMFM2006 character. Seeing him using something that looks like kajal doesn't much improve the situation...

This new version's body has gone trough the same torture chamber treatment than all other mice have. His muscles are practically gone but yet he has been made bulky looking guy with silicon jaw and all... *cough* His tail is broken or something... Probably a last result of making otherwise cloned mouse to look individual. ^^'

What was the point to give mice claws? O.O'

Modo2006 has kept the earrings and the eyepatch over the left eye. His eye patch kinda hangs over the eye and it's not attached as well and tight as the real Modo had his. Deathmaster-Modo hybrid had that drawn to maximum secure since his eyepatch had been screwed in the head. x') That too would have been better option...

He has kept his teeth which he seems to be trying to get even by sometimes biting his metal arm's fingers... I highly doubt that Martian mice's teeth grow like beaver's does... Though I wouldn't be much surprising if this was the case.. after about we are talking about BMFM2006 where bad taste and bad plots flourishes wildly...

So the beaver.. Oopsie.. Modo2006 though there is no much difference, now is there, has also kept his bionic arm but it has been replaced with heavy looking oddly balanced clumsy looking thing. It seems to contain all kind of equipment like microphone, analyzer and god knows what... It's like Martian Swiss army knife attached on an arm! Now you probably ask does he still have that cannon, no he doesn't have a cannon, he has drilling pistol. Drillling = three barrel gun.

Main barrel shoots plasma or something that looks warm glowing worm... Second is unknown and one shoots that freezing gas... The gun tries to balance on the top of mechanical switch or something that looks very fragile. No offence but one shot on Modo2006's arm on that point and that gun is pretty much useless. Not to mention what happens when his arm goes to malfunction or the gas or ammo runs out from it. x')

Otherwise the arm seems to be imitating the movements of the real arm. Funny parts come when the hand is being modeled in the movement. It's anatomy is very much odd...

Modo2006 no longer seems to have bionic-eye or it too has gone to malfunction. <.<' That glow when he really got pissed off, that whirlling sound before the glow activated... More I still amaze how Throttle can have bionic eyes... But sure is that the one that Karbunkle tested is on Modo's right eye. O.O' Identical sound cookies. What more proof do you possibly need?

Modo's new outfit is a bit more of an outfit. Original Modo worn sorta of chest armor of some sort that had similar shoulder patch than the one that came with his right arm. I dunno how they have visualized the new shoulder patches. Knee patches he has thrown somewhere for some odd reason. At least I would have expected him to mind a bit more about safety when driving...

His new chest armor thing reminds now more of a top. At least there's kinda sticking out something that looks like parts of his original chest and back plates.

Did anyone ever paid attention in the original serie how Modo and Throttle had identical leather bracelets. Not anymore... Modo2006 has lend his new bracelet from the Gladiator movie. Where else?! Those boots look horrible and I just wonder who the heck he can walk normally with those elephant feet. O.O' I think that on the bottom of Spawn's boots the cylinder part was just build around the real boot. But not on Modo2006's boots... <.<'

I have once written that his helmet is like a box with some hammered form so let's not go back there. Indeed it is a box and squishing the very last shapes that he might have left in his face to flat form.

And here we come to his bike which is now trike, three wheeled clumsy looking thing that you might see at the go-cart race sliding backwards down the hill and causing lot of damage in the porcelain shop. ^^' It's dark blue-yellow... And obeys the name Hot Stuff.. wait a sec, that was not it... it was... Hard case?!

Lill' Hoss sounds more reasonable if you ask me... But Lil' Hoss the wonder of A.I and Martian technology has been trashed and replaced by a replica that I indeed wonder how it manages to push itself over the hills and across the dangerous looking cliffs.... Though lot more reason would be that bike would soon end down there so no wonder why Modo2006 more rather hangs a bit far from his bike when performing stunts... ^^'

I don't assume that there is much any weapons or gizmos in that three wheeled bike and it's for the ride purpose only. O.O' What use it is then for a mice in the middle of the war anyway?! Driving away is a bit weak comfort if you need to defend yourself with heavy fire...

Now we have analyzed that beaver's looks and his bike... Let's now look his mental side and behavior... It's useless to say that there's no difference when there is huge difference.

Modo2006 isn't as friendly and polite mouse as his original version was. Neither he doesn't seem to quote his Momma anymore. He seems to care less about his bros... and it's clear that he's ashamed his nephew Rimfire. No matter who speaks his voice the gestures are clear and it is not about Rimfire coming to replace Throttle, it's in personal...

He once might have been chivalric and gentleman but no longer he is that. Now he looks more trying to be a badly behaving teenager who can beat his own bros if he wants to. What's that all about, huh? Also he seems to be now a type of guy who squirms his way out if there's a damsel in stress who's not so pretty. WTF?! He doesn't even bother to much pay attention if he could help her.

Now he is also quite a regular jerk who has more muscles and who has forgotten how to use those brains... That is if he still has any left... Though I haven't much seen this beaver's use of brutal force to be anywhere on that that level that real Modo did... A guy who can carry two heavily armed bikes either he had artificial arm on other or not. x') This new one has done anything like that. O.O'

When Modo was once sort of big brother for everyone, now he is more one bif bother for them all.

About the voice actors... I bet the voice actors try their best but... Result is quite lame. Harewood doesn't reach the same feeling that the real Modo was I am afraid to say. Finnish voice dubbing is done by a person who sounds to be in permanent drunk. Whoever he is, he's horrible.

Charley

At the quick look you might thought that Charley hasn’t changed that much to be even mentioned here and he has just gotten new clothes and shorther hair and she has learned to do proper make-up and gotten over his tomboy period...

Indeed she has learned to do make up and she has gone to a hairdresser to cut his hair shorter and so after fashion... She has found new clothes... I would still like to see her using the old ones she has during the most greasiest works and expecially when she’s welding... You know the the hot sparkles and pieces of metal tend to fly when do do either wielding or mechanick carving. And since she’s top level mechanick who can also do some customization and tunnin no doupts she works with lot of instruments... That either shoot hot sparkles, pieces of metal, oil etc---- all around and how’s she wear for work like that? Wearing nothing but a tank top. I can give plus for at least she’s having proctecton on her face. ^^’ Riigh.... reminds me about Tony Stark on Iron man... At least she’s not hammerin iron bare chested like he did.... ^^’ Well.. the males watchers would no doupt love to see that... <.<’

That’s just something about those cartoon rules I haven’t clearly understood... Expecially if the animators want to fit the characters in alternative world that’s identical with ours and then there’s stuff like professional people who don’t give a damn to proper working or working clothes. -Or then there’s a script writer, animators or desingers who don’t know a thing about the topic and assume that what the *word censor* nobody will give a thought about it. Many people have give a thought about it. Many enaugh that even I began to think about it. I have also seen what the wielding without proper safety clothing does. Arms tend to get scarred and wrong type of clothes tend to get tiny holes. If you wish to try out go ahead, don’t say that I didn’t warn you not to.

So... Where was I... *erases the image of half naked Tony Stark hammerin his iron man armor away from her mind for now but keeps humming the iron man theme song instead... * Right... About Charley and how much she’s been changed besides she has become a slight machochist. One good look when she speaks made my eyes to focus on her lips... Has she done Jolies and Pamelas and taken some extra fill in those?! This realizaton made me to check out something else too... I assume that she has taken some filling on her busts too... *rubber boobies, boing, boing....* Or then she bought a pair of push-ups... I might tolerate the bras but the plastic surgery operation... Why on Earth Charley would need one?! And boys, you might also want to check her out since she is only female figure with actual some shapes.

Yesturday I brought this Charley’s change up on a converstation with one friend of mine who pointed me out Charley’s waist area. If she hadn’t brought it out I might have never paid attention to it. She indeed looks more skinny than she used to be. I mean she was healthy and normal looking woman back in the original show and look at ther now... Now she’s gone trough either heavy workout for 20 hour per day but since she has gotten silicon on her lips and on her breast area it’s not actually no wonder if she has gone trough one other plastic surgery operation... and it has something to do with ther waist. ^^ Has to be, because that just isn’t normal at all.

So no wonder if your kids will grow up thinking; Oh my god I am too fat and began on diet... They get easily attracted by their idols and cartoons might be the worse case to get the role model from where characters are unnatural looking or perfect... Oh well.. At least she hasn’t loosen some of her tomboy attitude and became total airhead... that whill just happen in real life, cookie so be very afraid. And parents, please pay some attention on what your letting your kids to watch. It’s no wonder why kids use to get twisted idealogy of how they should look like... ( This matter needs to be studied more on my coffin blog because I think I have just discovered something worth ranting about. x’D )

So, guys... forget what I said about shapes. No need to watch after those since they’re not natural.

She’s still on the show but she seems to be totally dropped on the background and she gets to shine so rarely and she seems to get pretty dull epsisodes where there’s no plot potential at all. <.<’ Or then she’s placed to put something incredible mary-sue... something that she would never do and she has gotten new skills including that since when did she became better hacker/cracker than Jack McCyber?! She was never seen to operate computer much back at the original and hacking into computer system was Jack McCyber’s speciality, not Charley’s.

And all the time when she’s partly along the show I get a feeling that she’s not welcome there anymore and she’s really being pushed silently on the background as nothing else than a human woman who drives the truck and sometimes fixes the bro’s bikes and sometimes get to do something on her own when she has time to. She’s always helping the bros like some wannabe assistant and not as full member of the team. Like she’s not loving the danger and seeking excitement anymore or saving bros from the danger when they fall in one. And faking Carbine doesn’t count, cookies. She didn’t actually save anyone, she just show up the scheme of the cats and that’s that.

Charley’s relationship with Vinnie has devolved a lot... There’s no sparkle between them that was so lovable to see back at the original, neither there’s no flirting anymore. Obviously that all was on the tender hug when they meet each other after a long time and that was that then. O.o’ Seriously, that was that.

And if you still think that Charley hasn’t changed I recommend you to watch the original series and pay attention on what you see and hear instead of jumping on the sofa in sugar rush. I truly amaze if you don’t begin to notice the difference between two Charleys. x’D

Edit:  And just as I assumed that I has remembered all.. Heh, I had managed to forget the main thing. Charley's garage called the Last Change garage. She has either sold the old box like garage of hers or pulverized the original and build a new one... But even her garage is brand new I would assume that she would have kept it clean and organized like she used to have with her old one. -Well... that usually was until the bros broke something or messed around. But this new Charley doesn't seem to give any thought of cleaning up her garage... Only thing she gives some time is to fix her bike and go on a test ride with it. And she's instantly hopping on her truck leaving her garage unguarded and dirty.... Shows awesome example for the kids not to clean up their room or any mess they leave behind, no? Still I am not saying that she should stay there at the garage but... Just abandoning it just like that like... <.<'

Catatonians from Catatonia

BMFM2006's main bad guy's race is called The Catatonians. They are race of furry humanoid cats from planet Catatonia. Sounds exotic and it's clear already probably that Catscan, the super villain from BMFM original serie isn't Catatonian. <.<' Otherwise he would have appeared often on BMFM2006... Amazing how none of the familiar super villains haven't been in the new serie... Well Pit Boss but he hasn't much been a super villain. <.<'

So about Catationians... They too appear pretty much ugly or uglier than than rest of the BMFM2006 crew. Main problem is that they don't much look like cats... More they look like some odd rodents with fluffy tail and fangs. That is if the characters are somebody non troops.

At first let's focus on their name which is most likely lend from the word catonia. No, cookies, it is not a planet or a star. It's a syndrome of psychic and motoric disturbances. ( read more about that at wiki ) Well... After seeing some of these Catatonian cats... No wonder... ^^'

Catatonian army bases on two types of soldiers; claw troops and commandos or whatever. Troops are all alike, screaming when talking and faceless crowd. They must come out from either clone facilities for from breeding facilities where they are genetically engineered to be dumb as a boot. Commando versions aren't any better. Only their appearance is different and maybe they have a bit more IQ since usually they are the ones who drive the machines...

Non troops are somewhat a higher rank than plain troops or commandos... But sad to say their IQ is still low and they have some individuality though. There are probably two shorties who's another is quite insane or just too idiot, other one seems to have sorta of Napoleon complex... Wait, that means that they both are insane. x')

Then there's a bulky creature who has taken a bit too much steroids. Result is a creature that is more close to wolverine and bear hybrid than anything that has to do with a subject; cat.

There's also female version of steroid taken cat... She looks a bit more of a rodent and she seems to be able to beat up even Modo... O.O' Btw, she also can change her form into anyone... ( Not a bit like Mary-Sue type of feature and it's being given to three characters. O.O' ) Like these two other female cats that don't much look like cats at all... All female cats in he show are anorectic and stretched up but to notice for male readers; at least they got some silicon filling.

And then we will find more Catatonian cats from Saturn where they surf. Yeah on one episode you'll see cats in a wetsuit on surf boards and throwing intruders with rocks, sticks and bolas. ( Bola is that throwing weapon made of sting and three weights. ) they also have booby-trapped cave or temple there...

Something that I didn't surely understand what was the point of that all... Cat with a illusion projector attached on his head and his brains was more understandable than vision of pacifist cats on Saturn. And before you say at least they don't have rabbits in The Moon driving with buggies let me warn you that they do have rabbits in The Moon driving buggies... It's the wildest thing that this new serie has for character creation... <.<' Back in the old days nobody knew for sure what to expect to see next.

Whole thing of throwing those cats on Saturn was a bit unrealistic. My last vision ever was that the could be oceans... Not to mention this Mary-Sue spirit... Or god or whatever ruling the planet forbidding driving and real weapons. And then finally on the last minutes before destruction feeling enlighten and allowing them. Spirit who had enough strength to sent mice back home but no strength to overcome the invaders...

On the original serie there were racing motocross at Saturn. Correct me if I am wrong here. I am quite positive since there were these rings of Saturn very close by and all.. That looked like very volcanic place to be. ^^' No sign of oceans.

So where the heck where these cat creatures anyway... To be more logical they should have been locating one one of the moons of Saturn. The place btw looked too much like Neptune to me.

Yes, Catationians are tried to made to look like cats. Yeah right... some of the characters looks like drown rats or 2006 version of Sand Riders! O.O' Though it might be a good thing that they don't look like cat so infants don't necessarily learn the bad habits to torture animals. >.<'

The new conquer race appeared from nowhere, attacked on Mars... for what? By who's order? To do what? O.O' What happened to the Plutarkians and when exactly? If somebody does have answers to these questions feel free to explain them. I will listen and then if more question appear to mind I will ask them too.

And trying to compare them to other races, Rats, Sand Riders or Plutarkians... I am truly amazed howcome Catationians aren't wiped out by them because they are practically equal to gun food... Really. They might look like never ending army but they are really dumb and weak opponent for anyone with even little bit of IQ and evolved armory to take down.

Main problems with these cat characters are that they kinda stay on the background, none really is like living character on the story. It moves and all but the script are very lame and maybe these characters had potential but nobody knows what they possibly could do with them. So they are flat.
